Preamplifier, LNA 902 - 920 MHz, 33 cm - Band

Low noise preamplifier for serious DXing on 902 MHz in the US - Ham Band. The new design offers a selective LNA with Noise Figure below 0.4 dB and Gain of typical 20 dB. This LNA uses a low loss Highpass at the front end which is followed by a state of the Art MMIC. This active device is followed by a SAW - Bandpass to prevent overload from out of band signals. Screen shoot shows current filter curve. Active device can take up to 200 mW at the input and offers +38 dBm of IP3, as fare as today there was no self oscillation encountered with 902 MHz or on the other frequencies. Looks like unconditional stable.
